Galit Ariel on Augmented Reality
In her book Augmenting Alice (2017), Galit Ariel explores the side-effects of Augmented Reality and the role that AR might play in redefining our understanding of identity, privacy, experience and ethics. As for her daily work at Wondarlands, Galit help clients shape their augmented futures through augmented narratives, interaction tools, brand touch-points and experience creation.
In the show Galit Ariel explains in a clear way the world and potential of Augmented Reality. She helps me understanding our digitalized world a bit better and showed what to expect in the near future when augmentation, through new layers, becomes the new standard.
I love Augmented Reality because it has a unique quality: it lets us interact and re-engages with (physical) things within our environment, which ultimately makes us happier
