Kate will discuss a content planning and user journey mapping process designed to reduce the impact of websites.

Kate is Strategy Director at Supercool, a digital design agency building websites for arts, cultural and heritage organisations. At Supercool Kate looks after client relationships, project management, business development and long term planning at Supercool (she’s not a designer or developer). Before joining Supercool, Kate worked at a tech company providing ticketing software to the cultural sector. And before that she worked in Box Office and Fundraising teams In London and Manchester. Kate’s currently studying for an MBA with a focus on leadership and digital sustainability.
