About MELBA International Symposium

The symposium is part of the annual festival of design in Sofia, Bulgaria. The festival mixes diverse perspectives on design and this one-day conference with outstanding names from around Europe is the signature event of the festival.

GUNIA Project (UA), DUMBAR/DEPT® (NL), Eli Gutierrez (ES), Adam Stech (CZ), Holly Pereira (IE) and Mateusz Machalski (PL) will be speaking at the international symposium, the signature event of the annual festival of design in Sofia, Bulgaria. They will explore the multifaceted aspects of design through sharing professional insights in the fields of national folklore, branding, curatorial work, modernism, murals, illustrations, typography and visual identity.
