During this workshop all participants contribute to a playful, high energy and collective working process. Indi victual images, type and patterns, made according to a snake theme, will be transformed through layering and mixing with the work of others. Stimulating happy accidents, you will learn about mixing colours through printing, working with contrast, opaque and transparent inks and much more. End of the week, the printed results will be combined into a larger piece of work for public display. In addition, editions will be compiled from other printing sheets.

Posters offer a universal platform for communication, i.e. provoking, promoting, celebrating, stimulating, shining light on social problems, voicing opinions ... In this workshop an opportunity will be given to you to share an opinion, talk about a taboo topic, voice your true beliefs. You will delve deep into your conscious and subconscious to create posters to share difficult and potentially taboo opinions in the aim of provoking, educating and promoting diversity in thought and opinion Work together, work apart, make fast, think hard, consider a larger picture, share thoughts, bring it all together to create large formats for a collective exhibition of our work, some independent, some collaborative. Warriors studio is a graphic design studio and creative agency based in Glasgow and founded by Beth Wilson and James Gilchrist. They are also the founders of INTL International.

1 : Variation of Tristan T6ara's dada adage: " Dada est tatou, tout est dada » "To write a dada poem, take a newspaper and a pair of scissors. Choose one article in this newspaper that is as long as you would like your poem to be. Cut out this article. Then carefully cut out each of the words that build this article and put them in a bag. This poem will look like you." T. T3ara. In this workshop you will generate lettering by observing elements that are not typographic: lighthouses, birds, branches, crap, shadows, soil, plants, tyres, rails, - all sort of seemingly irrelevant elements that surround us everywhere and that we propose to enchant. And then, composing your statement, leitmotiv for reenchanting the world. These statements stemming from different sources, quotations or compositions- will be put together to be the starting point for a typographic-personal manifesto-poster !

Endless runners are games with very simple aims that provides the players with a real sense of achievement. In these games, the player has to run endlessly and avoid various obstacles in order to get as far as possible. As a designer, what are our objectives? Where does it lead? Is that communication? Sharing knowledge, inf or ming? In this workshop, you will be working in groups to think about these objectives together, as designers, and also about the obstacles to achieve these objectives. This research will allow you to conceptualiae the mechanics and graphic elements of an endless runner in order to develop your own game that will be displayed in the venue and made available to the visitors of the Biennale.
