About BDF Conference 2025

Launched in 2017, the Birmingham Design Festival is back with a new edition of the BDF Conference. Celebrating 'Play' this year. The BDF Conference is a condensed version of the festival - which will return in 2026 - that's just as fun and accessible. Expect to see many familiar faces and exceptional design talent at this year's edition in June.

Day One - Workshops

A day of making and learning at Birmingham City University and around Birmingham, followed by some talks and ending with the BDF Social.

Day Two - Conference

A full day of talks from an unmissable line-up of designers and creatives including Malika Favre, George Wu, Liza Enebeis and many more...
