DIVE'25 is the first Federal Design Congress. This is where design meets politics, business and society. The aim is to make successful, effective design visible and tangible.

Over 80 speakers, 3 days, 1 goal: Making design visible and effective - as a transformative force for a changing society. Visionary minds and exciting impulses at the interface of design, politics, business and science - that's DIVE'25. From 8 to 10 May 2025, the conference will highlight the social, economic and ecological significance of design. Design shapes our present: our environment, our communication, our processes. DIVE'25 makes the impact of design tangible through outstanding examples. Leading figures from the design industry, design-related companies, marketing, communication and advertising will discuss the social, ecological, cultural and economic potential of design with representatives from politics, science and business. The conference is a platform for interdisciplinary exchange, networking and the joint development of new projects. Design promotes change. DIVE'25 demonstrates the power of design - for everyone who needs and can use it: humanly and socially, entrepreneurially and politically. The name of the conference, DIVE, stands not only for a deep dive into design topics, but also as an acronym for Designing Impact, Value and Evolution or Designing Innovation, Visions and Economy. The focus of DIVE'25 is on dialogue... in front of, on and behind the stage. The event is supported by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. As part of the support for cultural and creative industries, bayern design has advised the applicant.
